In an effort to ensure optimum equipment performance at all times, General Machinery’s experienced service team members work closely with our customers from start to finish. We have a full-service, in-house shop, along with service trucks for on-site repair. All of our service and shop technicians are factory trained in compressor, blower, and pump repair.
From training in operation and maintenance to fast, efficient, comprehensive, and reliable technical support, we are there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when our customers need help addressing the most challenging problems.
Every product we sell (including circuit boards) comes with fully-warranted repair capabilities. General Machinery’s complete service shop enables us to economically repair, reclaim or re-manufacture equipment with genuine OEM parts. In our commitment to genuine 24-hour/7 day service, we maintain round-the-clock on call staff — with at least one sales engineer available to assist you at all times.
